I have a big/small project, can you help me?
Sure I can! No matter if it is a small website, simple logo without other parts of the identity package, I am capable of doing it. I have great experience with working with small and large companies, who have projects in all sorts sizes.
How much do you charge?
Prices for all projects depend on many variants. There is no set price on a particular project, since each project has it’s own specifications. However, please be sure that the money you are paying for is for high quality, uncompromised work. I am very experienced (having over 8-years of experience) in branding and web design/development. You won't find that with a lot of other designers. I encourage you to compare my work with other designers producing the same level work. If you would like to price out a job for you, please give me a call or shoot me an email. The things that I will need to know will be the specs of your project, as well as your budget (if necessary).
I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?
I can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full my production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, I reserve the right to add an additional 50‰ - 100‰ on top of the normal price.
We have our own designers, can you help them to manage a large project?
Definitely. I can provide help with anything you need. Even if you need help starting the project with design, coding, sketch out the structure for your application, and etc/
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept payment in forms of checks, personal checks, money orders, as well as payment through PayPal.
What is the client's involvement in the design process?
I thoroughly discuss the project at hand with my clients from the beginning. I encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. During the design process, you’ll asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of a project, you may request the artwork in various formats.
How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?
You’ll be kept abreast of the progress of your job through my approval process. I present the project to you at certain stages, or milestones, and wait for approval before continuing work. I find that this process keeps you involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, feel free to call (or email) in to get an update.
How will I receive my design project once it's finished?
Once I receive the final payment, the finished project is yours. At your request, I will supply the electronic files to you on CD or through e-mail. I’ll also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
Who owns the copyright for work that you will complete?
Copyright rights is yours upon receipt of final payment. I do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
